Welcome to nourish: a fresh, new restaurant concept right here in Lexington Center!
What makes us different? At nourish we dedicate ourselves to achieving 3 goals:
1. A deliciously eclectic menu
Does this sound familiar? Every time your family or friends go out for dinner, at least one person winds up unhappy: the vegetarian has to scan a carnivore’s menu, kids find nothing to tempt their imagination, and your father, who has his heart set on robust ribs, is left wanting. That’s why at nourish we make our menu as diverse as possible to accommodate our customer’s individual tastes and dietary requests. Whether you are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, or you just desire something delicious, nourish is here for you.
2. Responsibly sourced
Our second goal is to purchase organic food and support our local growers. We believe responsible sourcing will nourish your health, nourish our local economy, and nourish the planet. No, we don’t claim to be 100% organic, and no, 100% of our food isn’t local. In New England it’s just not possible. But every day we do our very best to stay true to this mission.
You’ll enjoy specialties from these farm/local business partners:
• Tangerini’s Spring Street Farm, Millis
• Blue Heron Organic Farm, Lincoln
• River Rock Farm, Brimfield
• 21st Century Foods, Jamaica Plain
• Real Pickles, Greenfield
• The New England Cranberry Company
• Nashoba Brook Bakery, Concord
• Richardson’s Ice Cream, Middleton
3. Respectfully priced
At nourish, we welcome everyone. So in addition to an eclectic menu, we strive to keep our prices reasonable. How do we do that while providing a wide selection and responsible sourcing? We juggle organic and conventional, as well as local, regional, and national food purchases; we try to keep our overhead low; and we create original recipes that can be prepared affordably and efficiently.
If you’ve never been to nourish, please come check us out. If you have, please join us again and see what’s new! We love being part of Lexington and look forward to your visit.
