Lexington Therapeutic Massage

Have you ever wondered why your muscles feel different from day to day or even hour to hour? Do you get that headache only at the end of the day or week?
Does the pain in between your shoulder blades or neck wake you up at night or keep you from going to sleep? Does the pain in the foot go away after a few steps in the morning? Does your back bother you when you sit for more than an hour?

At Lexington Therapeutic Massage we listen to the client’s needs and identify the body’s need for an innovated custom-designed treatment. We strive to pinpoint the root cause of your tension/pain, and eliminate it.

Our therapists gather specific information such as: medical history, exercise routines, and occupational data before a session. During a treatment, we ask “where” and “what” your muscles are feeling to take that therapeutic session to a new level. To accomplish this we ask our clients to be present so as to provide vital feedback for our unique blend of Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Active Isolated Stretching. The therapist focuses on a few of the tightest muscles, which will begin to free you from chronic pain as the tension in your muscles unravels. This healing process is enhanced when our therapists is able to teach the client self-care techniques and personalized stretches.
